2. Drivers for vans.

3. Petrol (gas) for vans.

4. Lunch and dinner.

5. Credit card surety for hotel and vans.

6. It is further recommended that each traveler purchase travel insurance.

7. Legal documentation allowing entry to the U.S., i.e., a valid, current passport. Visas are not required for U.K. citizens if their passports are swipeable / can be run through airport scanning machines (for British citizens, the new maroon-colored ones as opposed to the old blue ones). Please check that your passports meet this criteria. If your passport is not swipeable, you will need to acquire a U.S. visitors Visa.
